Chicken. Salt. That's it.
You're at your desk at 2pm. You're on the train. You just finished training. You're hungry and there's nothing good around.
So you grab a protein bar with 17g of sugar. Or a sandwich with 30 ingredients. Not because you want to, but because starving is just too miserable.
We got sick of it. So we made these.
Chicken. Sea salt. Air-dried at low heat for 18 hours. Not fried. No seed oils. No preservatives. No sweeteners. No flavour coatings.
Real crisps. Nothing else in them.
A typical bag of crisps
Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Onion Powder, Colour (Paprika Extract), Potassium Chloride...
Ours
Chicken. Salt.
"Every snack I picked up had seed oils, sugar, or 15 ingredients I couldn't pronounce. So I made one with two."
— Rasmus, Founder
These are proper crunchy crisps. Thick, savoury, salty. A real crunch. You get the chicken flavour through because there's nothing else in there to cover it up. The BBQ version has a smoky kick without the sweetness you get from supermarket BBQ crisps.
What's in it. And what's not.
Organic chicken. Sea salt. That's the full ingredient list.
No seed oils. No sugar. No carbohydrates. No preservatives. No additives. No artificial flavourings. No fillers.
Air-dried chicken with salt. The Sweet BBQ adds a spice blend we make ourselves. Smoked salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper. Same macros.

Cheaper per gram of protein than most protein bars. Less ingredients too.
Common questions
What do they taste like?
Thick, crunchy, savoury. Like a proper ridged crisp, except it's actually chicken. The sea salt is just salt, no flavour dust. The BBQ has a proper smoky kick. Not sweet like supermarket BBQ.
Are they actually crunchy?
Yeah. Properly. They snap. Not rock-hard, not chewy, not jerky. A lot of customers say they're the closest thing to a real crisp they've found without all the rubbish.
Why do they cost more than regular crisps?
A bag of regular crisps is mostly air, potato starch, and sunflower oil. This is 150g of real chicken. Per gram of actual food, they're competitive. Per gram of protein, cheaper than most protein bars.
Do they need to go in the fridge?
No. Shelf-stable for months. The bag's resealable so you can pace it however you want.
Keto-friendly?
Zero carbs, zero sugar. Works for keto, carnivore, low-carb, whatever you're doing.
Which flavour should I try?
If you just want a proper crisp, go sea salt. If you want something with more of a kick, go BBQ. Most people end up getting both eventually.
What if I don't like them?
Just drop us a message. We'll sort it out. No questions.
