Lovely product, you only need a small amount and it soaks in really well.It'snice to know it's home made and no nasties in it.

I made an order for the Pemmican Bars and received the Vacca as a gift. I started using it right away as I am moving towards all natural as well as low carb.
This morning I experienced a minor miracle. I had super dry skin. If I wash my skin and leave it my face always feels tight and uncomfortable. I was told this is because I actually have really dry skin. I actually forgot to put the Vacca on. No tight or dry skin. Less than 2 weeks of using it and it has changed the moisture level in my own skin. Something that no higher end product has done for me. The price point is also a shocker.
I have been "slugging" with the Vacca instead of using CeraVe.
I can't recommend the Vacca enough. Use it as you would any face moisturiser or for slugging.
Also, there is no weird smell. The feel is quite light. Use less or spend a little time patting it in. There is no residue or piling with primer or foundation.
The Vacca has a fresh smell and a smooth creamy almost silky feel. It is whipped.
There are some little tiny grains of tallow that aren't whipped, but those melt on the skin very quickly and zero effort.

I have been using this balm daily for the past three weeks. Overall, it's a great product. It goes on smoothly and absorbs well, so it doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy afterwards. There's a slight scent, but surprisingly this is just from the olive oil - I can't note any beefy aroma. It's very soothing on irritated and dry skin. Definitely recommend.
The tallow balm has such a beautiful consistency and soaks into my skin like a dream. I have tried a few different brands, most of which have a waxy texture, vacca certainly does not. I have only used it for a fortnight but my friends have noticed my brighter complexion, i will be repurchasing!
