I started The Pemmican Project because I couldn't find real food that was actually convenient. Everything in the shops was full of seed oils, hidden sugars, and ingredients I couldn't pronounce. So we started making our own. Beef, fat, salt. No nonsense. We're a small UK company and we make everything ourselves. That's about it.
